What are your normal business hours, and how can I contact you?

Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8am-3pm Eastern time. You can contact us by phone at (330)299-5239 during normal business hours. If you prefer to communicate via email, please complete the contact form on our website. Click “Contact Us” and fill in the information requested.

Please be advised that Yeager’s Poured Silver is closed on weekends and all US holidays. Phone calls will not be answered during these times. You may also experience a delay in email response times.


What payment methods do you accept?

For US orders we accept PayPal, credit/debit cards, and checks/money orders. For international orders we accept PayPal and credit/debit cards only. There is no additional charge for you to use your debit or credit card. If you choose to pay by check, money order, or another fee-free payment method, you will receive a 3% discount.


How do I pay by credit/debit card?

Add desired items to your shopping cart and click checkout. Fill in your billing and shipping details, select your shipping option, then choose “PayPal.” There is a symbol next to PayPal indicating that you can pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover. Then click “Place Order.”


Sales tax was added to my order, even though I don’t live in Ohio. How do I remove this charge?

The sales tax will be removed automatically if you log into your Yeager’s Poured Silver account, or once you fill in your shipping address.


How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated automatically by the United States Postal Service. Before you confirm your order, you will be able to select from all of your available shipping options and see the price for each. Go to your shopping cart, enter your country, state/province/region and zip code into the Shipping Calculator, and click the Update button. Select your preferred shipping option.

**PLEASE NOTE: Before you enter your shipping address, only Priority Mail Flat Rate shipping will be displayed. After you enter your address, First Class rates will appear (if applicable), which will be a lower price than Priority Mail.**


Do you ship outside of the United States?

We currently ship to Australia, Canada, the UK, and the Netherlands.

If you are interested in purchasing our products but live in a location not listed above, please contact us at and we may be able to accommodate you.

We do not ship to Switzerland anymore since everything we’ve sent there has been confiscated at customs and not returned to us.


When will my order ship? How long will it take for my order to arrive?

In most cases, your order will ship out within 1-2 business days. Orders paid by check/money order will not ship until payment is received. There will be a 5 business day hold on all check payments.
The time it takes for your order to arrive depends on the shipping option you choose. If you elect for First Class mail, it will take 2-5 business days from date of shipment to arrive to you. Priority Mail shipping takes 2-3 business days.

If you need your items by a specific date, please allow ample time for shipping, as we cannot make any guarantees on behalf of the United States Postal Service that your order will arrive on a specific date.


I checked the tracking information for my order and it has not been updated in several days. Where is my package?

Please contact your local post office to inquire about this. Most likely your package was not scanned at its latest destination and will arrive soon.


The tracking information for my order says that the package was delivered, but I have not received it. What should I do?

Please contact your local post office. They may be holding the package if no one was available to sign for it, or if customs fees are due.


I live outside of the United States. How much do I have to pay in customs/import taxes to order from you?

Canada does not charge import fees for silver bullion.

We do not have any information regarding customs fees or import taxes for any other countries. Please contact your local post office or customs office for assistance


I can’t sign into my account using my login information from the old site. What do I do?

You will need to create a new account. You can use the same username and password that you used on the old site, if you wish.
